A look back at Exclaimer's 2023 highlights

It has been an extraordinary year for us at Exclaimer. Besides having processed an incredible 16.71 billion emails, we've enhanced our product offering, launched a new partner program, and scooped up several awards. Now, we're excited to share the highlights of our journey with you. 

We supercharged our software 

When you talk, we listen – especially our hard-working product teams. So, we incorporated your feedback and enhanced Exclaimer’s functionality to create an even more dynamic and user-friendly experience.

Here are a few of 2023 product highlights: 

• Above and beyond visibility 
  Our ‘Headline Content’ functionality allows Pro customers to bring their most important content above the email message body, making it visible to drive even greater engagement from business emails. 
  

• Simpler contact detail sharing 
  Standard and Pro customers can now add virtual business cards (vCards) and QR codes to their email signatures. vCards allow people to add your contact information to their address book with just a few clicks. As for QR codes, they you allow recipients to visit weblinks, app download links, and get your precise business location with a simple scan. 
  

• Tailored to Google Workspace 
  We released an email signature solution specifically designed for Google Workspace. This gives organizations using Google Workspace the same enhanced management features Exclaimer offers Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Microsoft Exchange users. 

We made things simpler for our partners 

To support our trusted Managed Service Providers in boosting their offerings and accelerating their business growth, we created a new MSP program. This new program which is built around our Pro plan gives our partners benefits such as simple pricing and consolidating billing for all clients. 

We won a few awards  

We’re grateful to have been recognized with many awards this year. Among those we’re most proud about are the multiple TrustRadius 2023 Top Rated Awards we won, as well as our two G2 2023 Best Software Awards for EMEA and the UK. What makes these awards extra special is that they’re all based on customer feedback, so we’d like to say a huge thank you for your positive reviews. 

We became a certified security champion 

Security is a core philosophy for Exclaimer. That’s why we're excited to announce that we're now Microsoft 365 Certified. This makes us the only email signature management provider to hold this certificate on top of being SOC II, ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and Cyber Essentials certified. Achieving this certification means that we have robust security and compliance measures in place to safeguard your data. We're also thrilled to share that our score on SecurityScorecard has surged to 99 out of 100. This ranks us top in secure email signature management, further marking us as the industry leader. 

Looking back, 2023 was an exciting year filled with growth and achievements. As we step into 2024, we're geared up to keep the momentum going.
