We’re thrilled and honored to announce that Exclaimer has won a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year – Up to 2,500 Employees category at the 2025 International Business Awards®.
This recognition celebrates our passion for reimagining the role of the email signature and turning it into a channel that delivers measurable value for both IT and marketing teams.
A global stage for innovation
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program, attracting more than 3,800 nominations from 78 nations and territories this year. Winners are selected by a panel of over 250 executives worldwide and will be celebrated at a gala event in Lisbon, Portugal on 10 October.
The Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year category honors organizations that have achieved standout results since January 2023. For Exclaimer, this period has been defined by rapid innovation, customer growth, and a clear vision — creating the most innovative email signature management solution on the market.
Raising the bar for email signature management
Since early 2023, we’ve delivered features designed to give organizations more control, agility, and insight than ever before.

CRM integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot for personalized targeting
Enhanced analytics for measuring engagement and campaign performance

Recognition from the judges
Judges praised Exclaimer for “turning email signatures into a dynamic, campaign-enabled communication channel” and for a “clear focus on product evolution and customer needs.”
They also recognized the tangible results customers achieve, including average click-through rates of 5 percent — double the industry benchmark.
“One judge noted, “This is a very innovative company which has found marketing opportunities in something as boring as email signatures. The success of the product is visible in the growth in ARR and the customer count.”
Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide, who participated in the judging process in May to July 2025.

Since 2021, our customer base has grown by 75 percent. We’ve maintained quarter-on-quarter sales growth of 20 to 40 percent while scaling responsibly since 2019. ARR has increased 209 percent over the same period. Our transformation strategy, driven by clear OKRs, repeatable processes, and focused execution, ensures innovation translates into commercial success.
We’ve built our platform to meet the needs of organizations across industries with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and role-based access controls. This combination of innovation and trust is what sets us apart.
We’ve also invested internally, doubling GTM teams and expanding leadership with hires from Native Instruments, Egress Software, and Otter. We've opened a Boston office to better serve North American customers and partners, achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance, and launched an updated Google Workspace version of our solution.
